1. Responsible for inbound sales, customer support, and returns/claims processing
2. Provide customer service to customers
3. Ensure all service and productivity standards are met and client/customer issues are successfully resolved within standard time frames
4. Develop and carry out business action plans to increase company profitability and ensure customer/client satisfaction
5. Promote Operational Excellence in the Sales Department
Qualifications Required:
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in a parts environment
Sales appliance knowledge (makes/models)
Excellent communication skills
Must have a strong customer service ethic
Minimum grade 12 education with related post-secondary education preferred
